Precision Mechanics for the Road Ahead
Started out in a cramped single-bay garage off Commercial Drive. Just me, Marcus, and a dream to work on the European machines I'd been obsessing over since I was a kid. Spent way too many nights under Beemers and old Volvos, learning what made 'em tick. Word spread pretty quick that we weren't your average quick-lube joint.
Moved to our current spot on Spire Avenue. Three bays, a proper lift setup, and room to breathe. Brought on Sasha who'd been wrenching on Audis for a decade overseas. We were finally able to take on the bigger jobs - full transmission rebuilds, turbo swaps, all that fun stuff that really tests your skills.
Got serious about performance tuning after one too many customers asked if we could squeeze more ponies out of their rides. Invested in proper dyno equipment and ECU tuning software. Turned out there's a whole community of folks wanting their European imports to wake up a bit. We were hooked.
European cars were getting more computerized by the minute. We doubled down on diagnostic tech - got the factory-level scanners for BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, VW, you name it. None of that generic OBD reader stuff. If the car's got a sensor throwing a code, we're gonna find out exactly what it's complaining about.
We're a tight crew of six now, all certified and all genuinely obsessed with European engineering. Still doing the bread-and-butter maintenance work, but we've built a reputation for tackling the jobs other shops pass on. If it's got a roundel, four rings, a star, or any other Euro badge and it needs fixing or tuning, we're your people. Simple as that.
Started tinkering with his dad's old BMW 2002 at 14 and never looked back. Got my Red Seal, worked at a couple dealerships, hated the corporate vibe. Opened this place to do things right - no upselling, no BS, just honest work on cars I actually care about.
Trained in Germany, moved here in 2014. If your check engine light's on and three other shops couldn't figure it out, Sasha's your gal. She's got this weird sixth sense for electrical gremlins. Also makes the best coffee in the shop, which matters more than you'd think.
Lives and breathes turbo lag and boost curves. Came from the tuning scene and knows his way around ECU software like nobody else. If you want more power but don't wanna blow up your motor, Jake's the guy who'll keep things reliable while waking up your ride.
Transmission work scares most techs. Not Diego. He'll rebuild a DSG or a ZF auto in his sleep. Spent years at a transmission-only shop before joining us. Saved more gearboxes from the scrapyard than I can count. Plus he brings his mom's empanadas sometimes, so that's a win.
Youngest on the team but don't let that fool you. Amy's got magic hands when it comes to suspension geometry and brake systems. She'll have your car handling like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Racing background helps - she actually understands what proper suspension feel should be.
The face you'll probably meet first. Tom translates between car-speak and human-speak. Ex-BMW service advisor who got tired of the dealership pressure tactics. He'll shoot you straight on what needs doing now versus what can wait. No games, no pressure.
Look, we're not gonna pretend we're the cheapest shop in Vancouver. Good work costs money, and we use proper parts and take the time to do things right. But we're also not gonna rip you off or fix stuff that doesn't need fixing.
We treat every car like it's our own. European vehicles are complicated beasts, and they deserve techs who actually understand them. That's us. We've invested in the right tools, the right training, and we stay current with all the tech changes.
Whether you're bringing in your daily driver for an oil change or your weekend toy for a full Stage 2 build, we're gonna give it the same attention. That's just how we operate.
